Following questions have been discussed and decisions have been made at the last Board of Directors meeting on February 26, 2008.

- Changes in the Board of Directors. Appointment of Maxim Litvinov and Vadim Dulev to the Board of Directors of the company;

- Appointment of Natasha Schegleva to the Management Board of the company;

- A decision has been made to open 6 new regional offices till the year end, which will make the total number of 10 regional offices by the end of 2008;

- Maximum transaction size limit on a single borrower (a group of related borrowers) has been accepted in the amount of 10% of IDPL consolidated equity (USD 3.3 MM);

- Policy on insurance of the equipment and transport in leasing has been accepted.

Bank lines’ attraction for a period of up to 5 years for the amount of $20,2 M has been approved of.

The next BoD’s meeting will be held on 25^th of October, 2007. The key issues to be touched upon are budget 2008 and mid-term forecast for the period of 2008 - 2012.

50% of stock in the group of companies Promsvyazleasing (Promsvyazleasing Group) was purchased by investment fund Russia Partners II, LP. Currently the equal Promsvyazleasing shareholders are Russia Partners II, LP fund and PromSvyazCapital.
